The therapies Felkyo offer are of a physical nature.  We are fully insured through ABT Insurance but we cannot be held responsible for any abnormal reactions to our therapies or the products we use. 

We also ask that you fully engage with our health questionnaires in order that we can offer you the best possible service and keep both therapist and client safe.  If you are aware of an existing conditions such as cancers, cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, skin conditions, mental health issues or recent fractures or operations we would ask that you check with your local GP that our service is suitable and request this in writing.  We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel that there may be further health consequences should we proceed.

Some of our therapies cause relaxation and therefore, we recommend that you do not drive or operate machinery directly after an appointment.  We would also advise that you do not take recreational drugs or alcohol for 24 hours after an appointment and that you increase your intake of water to reduce the effects of any toxins which may have been released.

We do not offer sensual massage or other similar services and clients requesting such will have their appointment terminated immediately without recourse.

Appointments that are made without sufficient cancellation will be charged for at the appropriate rate and no-shows will be required to pay in advance for subsequent appointments.
