What Can Massage Do for Me?
Massage can be adapted to each client's needs and requirements. Massages can range from a light, relaxing massage to help combat stress and aid relaxation, to a deeper, more powerful massage which can help with muscular injury and pain.
What Does It Involve?
We recommend a full body massage for your first massage, taking in the front and back of the calves and thighs, the abdomen, shoulders, neck, back and head and arms.
On subsequent visits, the massage can be adapted to your specific needs and requirements, and elements of other therapies can be brought in to optimise the treatment.
Massages can be from 45 minutes for a neck, back and shoulders to 90 minutes for a more intense full body massage.
