Hot Stone Massage

Stone Massage Therapy is massage using a combination of heated basalt lava stones.  A general massage is given using the stones instead of hands and promotes increased relaxation and healing in comparison to a normal Swedish massage.

Trigger points can then be targeted bringing relief and encouraging healing of tight and damaged muscles.
