What Does It Involve?

IHM is applied to the head, neck and shoulder so can be carried out with the client fully dressed, although we recommend wearing a vest top for access to the shoulders.

The scalp, neck, shoulders and face are all massaged inducing a feeling of relaxation.

What Will It Do For Me?

IHM is all about relaxation.  We carry an enormous amount of stress in our head, face and shoulders and IHM works to relax the numerous muscles in these areas.

As a result, IHM can help with headaches, neuralgia and other stress related disorders.

NB/ This therapy does involve oil being applied to the head and scalp.  It is not advisable to schedule other activites directly after as make up and hairstyles will be affected!
